simplify/refactor gdbserver's qXfer:$object handling.


I was teaching gdbserver about a new qXfer:traceframe-info:read packet,
and got tired of the bunch of duplication of non-trivial boilerplate code
between all qXfer:$foo packet handlers.  This refactors all that code,
adding a qxfer/object table, like:

Adding handling for a new qxfer packet is then a matter of adding an
entry to this table.  The addition of qXfer:traceframe-info
is in a separate patch.

Tested on x86_64-linux gdbserver and applied.
