[RFA/testcase] test printing wchar_t characters and strings

I would appreciate a review on this one, as I am not sure whether
the tests are correct or not (not enough knowledge about character
sets and encoding).

This is the C equivalent of the Ada testcase I just sent. It exercises
printing of wchar_t characters and strings.

gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:

        * gdb.base/wchar.c, gdb.base/wchar.exp: New testcases.

Tested on x86_64-linux. OK to commit?

Thanks,

Joel
