[ob/www] Fixed typo in gdb-7.1 pre-release scheduled date

Hello,

I just noticed a typo in the date I entered in the schedule table.
Fixed thusly...

BTW: the target dates are:

  - Branch + pre-release: Around Jan 20th.
  - Release: Feb 03.

Are there any items that we should have for the release? There is
a Wiki page for the 7.1 release:

    http://sourceware.org/gdb/wiki/GDB_7.1_Release

We should document everything there.
