[commit/branch] Updated GDB version number


Hello,

In preparation for the upcoming GDB 7.0 release, I have
adjusted the version number in the README file.

2009-10-06  Joel Brobecker  <brobecker@adacore.com>

        * README: Update GDB version number to 7.0.
