[RFA-v3] win32-nat.c: Add dll names if debugevents is on

  this is my trouble as I am mainly a pascal programmer: 
I am always lost in implicit typecast/conversion rules :(

  The patch is thus even simpler:

	if debug_events is on.
	(handle_unload_dll): Likewise.
