Maybe you already know it, though I saw no note about it in
your message; my autotester sees on a x86_64 host on F 8:
Running /tmp/hpautotest-sim/src/sim/testsuite/sim/v850/allinsns.exp ...
FAIL: v850 divh.cgs (execution)
sim.log just says:
Executing on host: v850-elf-ld divh.cgs.o -o divh.cgs.x (timeout = 300)
/tmp/hpautotest-sim/v850-elf/sim/v850/run divh.cgs.x
fail
FAIL: v850 divh.cgs (execution)
Perhaps the code isn't 64-bit-clean?
