[PATCH] Command trace testsuite


Hi,

Here is a set of tests for the 'set trace-commands' command that I added a while back.

I also spotted a small omission in the original patch - it did not increment the nest depth when calling user-defined commands. I have included a patch for this issue.

Sorry it has taken a little while to get around to this.
