[COMMIT] Tweak comment in hppa-hpux-nat.c


This tweaks a commen to better reflect reality.  HP-UX 11.00 has two
threads implementations.  The old user-level threads implimentation
from HP-UX 10.20 is commonly referred to as "DCE threads".
