[PATCH] BSD libkvm interface


I made the adjustments suggested by Andrew and checked in the attached.

	(i386fbsd-nat.o): Update dependencies.
	(bsd_kvm_h): New variable.

	* config/i386/fbsd.mh (NATDEPFILES): Add bsd-kvm.o.
