[patch/rfc] Test step out of trampoline


Hello,

This patch tries to "step", "stepi", "next", "nexti", "finish" and "return" from a signal handler. In all cases it checks that things eventually get back to "main". So far I've found that stepi out of a handler doesn't work very well.

I'll look to commit this in a day or so.
