[PATCH] remove REQUEST_QUIT macro use

I noticed that this macro is never defined, it was part of the Mach 3
port which was deleted.
I'll commit later today.

macro, which was part of the now removed Mach 3 port.
* utils.c (request_quit): Ditto.
