[PATCH] coffread.c: cleanup dead code

- Subject: [PATCH] coffread.c: cleanup dead code
The CXUX (whatever that was) target was deleted 1 year ago.
The other part, related to DGUX (whatever that was), was ifdeffed out in 1991.
I think it's ok to get rid of these.

* coffread.c (process_coff_symbol): Delete CXUX_TARGET macro use.
(decode_base_type): Delete ifdeffed out code.
