[PATCH] h8300-tdep.c: Define PUSH_DUMMY_CALL instead of PUSH_ARGUMENTS


FYI, I've applied the below patch which removes the old functions
h8300_push_arguments and h8300_push_return_address and introduces
h8300_push_dummy_call, substituting the former two.

Corinna

        * h8300-tdep.c (h8300_push_arguments): Remove.  Substitute by...
        (h8300_push_dummy_call): ...this function.  Some minor optimization.
        (h8300_push_return_address): Remove.
        (h8300_gdbarch_init): Remove calls to
        set_gdbarch_deprecated_dummy_write_sp,
        set_gdbarch_deprecated_push_arguments and
        set_gdbarch_deprecated_push_return_address.
        Add call to set_gdbarch_push_dummy_call.
