[patch] linespec.c: normalize comments


This patch normalizes the comments in linespec.c to end in a period
plus two spaces, not go over 80 columns, and stuff like that.  It
doesn't change the content of the comments in any other way, or change
any non-comments.

Tested on i686-pc-linux-gnu/GCC3.1/DWARF-2; committed as obvious.
