Thanks. This has been committed. In the next week or so I'll prep
the followup patch that passes memory region attributes through to the
target vector.
After that, target vector maintainers may wish to see if they want to
support the access size attributes. I'll be doing it for the remote
target, and I'll try to get some time to see what would be involved in
doing the monitor target(s).
