To go out on a limb, the front page could simply note ``The Free
Software Foundation'' or ``The GDB Community'' with an internal page
listing the contributors (companies and individuals) for each version.
However, I suspect Richard, Roland and Stan et.al. is good enough.

This and a threads nuance are all that I'm aware of as issues.
Yesterday? More seriously < two weeks. I'm in the process of rolling
4.95.1.
