   This is an old patch that I had sitting in by gdb tree.
   It provides a little bit of documentation for Chill debugging.
   I have really vetted it for correctness, and it was a long time
   since it was written, so there may be some bit-rot.  In any case,
   probably no-one cares any more.  However, I thought I'd submit
   it - for the record, at least.

Thanks!  Every little bit helps... I tweaked this a bit and pasted
into the repository.
