3205 test added

I just committed a test for the 3205 "bug" in frysk-imports/tests. It's
a bit of a mind-bender, passing if ptrace behaviour is the legacy
behaviour if it fails due to a bad signal number, and working around the
real 3231 bug that drops the signal altogether. Patched Makefile.am to
include the test. Everything runs fine (in the frysk-imports/tests
directory) after build.
