I looked at the attachment and wanted to comment on what seemed to be
missing and what I thought it was supposed to do. Then I looked at the
actual bug report and see that it really has nothing at all to do with
the bug report... Which was already closed in the first place...
This seems to be someone that has gone through the trouble of
registering an account with our bugzilla, then attached a random file to
a bug report and assigned the bug to him/her self.
I cannot enlighten you because I am too confused myself as to why
someone would do that.
