I've made a few web page changes
- documentation: http://sourceware.org/frysk/documentation/
The links page was folded in; better links to how to build added; a
Recommended Reading List was added.
- workflows: http://sourceware.org/frysk/workflow/
New, very new; still very empty. However the very raw sketches of two
workflows have been added. I know more have been discussed somewhere.
Please feel free to add at will.
