Added console window to frysk

Subject: Added console window to frysk

I've added a basic console window to frysk. It isn't connected to the
backend, and in fact does absolutely nothing now.

This new window introduces a new dependency for frysk, libvte-java and
vte. Vte itself is in FC and also in RHEL4, so that's not a problem,
however, I've rpm'ed libvte-java and added it to the yum repository.
You'll need to install it to make frysk compile. Just do yum install
'frysk*'.
