cdtparser rpm update

The cdtparser rpm has been updated to include i386 .so files. The build
has been modified to take account of this. Link to the new rpm is on the
build page.

* Makefile.am: Changed linking instructions for gui to use
libcdtparser\.so instead of relying on frysk-imports.
