* FocusCommand.java (handle): Build debug, stack-trace and frame
info for newly focused set.
* CoreCommand.java (handle): Add coreProc to idManager.
* CoreComamnd. java (handle): Simplify. Let manageProc build
set. Do not use StaticPTSet. Find main task, and generate
stack-trace.
