[Bug general/4561] New: Frysk Debug Window - Closing the window leaves the FryskGui process hanging

After starting a debug window, and closing the window (either through the menu
or using the short cut), the FryskGui process never terminates, nor does it
bring back the Session Manager.  It is (on my system) 100% reproducible.

The following is the list of threads that are in existance at that point in time.
