[Bug general/3963] New: Frysk Terminal randomly broken

Occasionally after firing up the monitor, the frysk terminal will have a cursor 
but no text, and is unresponsive. Clicking on the terminal results in the 
following printed to console:

java.lang.Exception: giounix.c:400Error while getting flags for FD: Bad file 
descriptor (9)

   at org.gnu.glib.GObject.printStackTrace(libgtkjava-2.8.so)
   at org.gnu.gtk.Gtk.gtk_main(libgtkjava-2.8.so)
