Subject: [Bug general/3752] New: Common 'process launcher/attacher' for all fprogs

fstack, fcore, ftrace, fstep, etc all either start a program as given on the
command line and/or as given by --pid <num> launch and attach to it. It would be
nice to have a common 'framework' for doing that.
