That would be nice! Then maybe we can coordinate with a systemtap
release that takes advantage of some of the new work in elfutils (the
cfi support).

Add STB_GNU_UNIQUE support to elflint.

I was looking into DW_OP_{implicit,stack}_value a bit because the gcc
vta branch now emits them. I didn't get far since I am slightly confused
about how to support them correctly in libdw. I'll post what I have and
why I was confused.
