Looks like a nice cleanup. I removed the now redundant sys/param.h
includes from some other files (arlib2.c, objdump.c, ranlib.c, strip.c,
i386_disasm.c, dwarf_getpubnames.c, libdw_alloc.c and arextract.c) and
added ChangeLog entries. Pushed to master as commit 60b2bf1.
