I failed to notice that there were any outside callers of the jump method.
I didn't see it in 'make check' because I killed it during the eternal
dwarfcmp tests.  I've now reordered the tests to put those last.

I'll fix dwarf_path_finder to permit the use dwarf_edit_output does.
