Certainly we do not. Neither do we want to introduce significant further delay.
I still think it makes sense to use Evgeniy's contribution as the focus for
this discussion. It has been formally contributed and used as the baseline for
multiple platform ports. Everyone is welcome to comment. The review process
will determine what does and does not get checked in.
