Subject: Ethernet support for LPC2468 OEM board

Hello,

the following patch adds ethernet support for the LPC2468 OEM board from Embedded Artists. The patch also adds support for Mircrel KSZ8001 phy that is mounted on the 16 bit version of the OEM board.
