Subject: edb7xxx flash cleanups

This is a repost of an earlier patch:
make edb flash use .2ram sections and generic dev_flash_query()
This is the last driver which uses these deprecated constructs.
There are two others: intel/bootblock and arm/at91 which are no longer
used by any package, having been replaced by more generic ones.
