Exactly so.  When MW is included, the VncPrintf() function is not
available and the VNC versions of the fonts are not compiled.  All
text printing is then expected to done through MW.

Also, it looks like I've missed the fonts/ directory and its contents from
the initial vnc_server ChangeLog file.
