Re: [ECOS] binary vs. counting semaphore and timed wait

When you have it done, submit a patch on the patches list, with a ChangeLog entry, and someone will check it over and commit it to the repository.

This is the first time I have ever submitted a patch for anything. So I
am not sure if I am doing this in the correct format. Please feel free
to let me know what I am doing wrong as you see necessary.

This patch looks absolutely fine. And a test too _and_ a ChangeLog! Not bad for a first patch at all!

Unfortunately there's one thing Nick forgot to mention and unfortunately it's a prerequisite. We need a copyright assignment for a contribution this size.

<http://sources.redhat.com/fom/ecos?file=47> has some info, but the most important thing is the two things on <http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/assign.html>

Would it be possible to arrange for these to be signed and sent? If you let me know when that happens we can do the patch.

Thanks,

Jifl
