I think Gary said he was going to be the one to commit this, but I think
was waiting for ChangeLogs etc. which are now included.
Looking through, I think it's okay, but I don't see that flashiodev scheme
lasting in the face of a future /dev/redbootfis/IMAGENAME scheme. But this
can go in for now.
