eCos MINI2440 QEMU emulator port update

Dear all:
As we all know QEMU is the better emulator for some platform.
We hope use this solve some problem when you do not have the real
development board
or you can do some special test with PC automation.
I do not want set a new repositories different to eCos org or
ecoscentric, but we must do this because
we can share the code to others quickly,
