ISR uses the thread stack

Hello,
I use eCos on my arm board with separate threads and IRQ stacks.
If an interrupt has occurred, the ISR is still working with the thread stack.
Only the subsequent DSR used the IRQ stack.
How can I arrange for the ISR to work with the IRQ stack?
