RedBoot banner


Hi

Execuse me this post. I think this is very minor issue, but... What do
you think about right place for new Redboot banner? See main.c:184,
please.  IMHO, we must put it before a print the platform information.
Example of new output for my platform:

RedBoot(tm) bootstrap and debug environment [ROM]
Non-certified release, version UNKNOWN - built 12:06:17, Feb  2 2009

Platform: Olimex LPC-H2294 header board (ARM7TDMI-S)
