The idea is that ecosforge.net is a place to collaborate on work-in-progress
as the official CVS repository has a much higher quality bar than is
approperiate
for unfinished stuff.
(The eCos follow www.ecosforge.net and have root access to ecosforge.net
should they need or want it).
