Dear all:

i'm trying to install Configuration Tool following  tips from
ecoscentric, but when I were runing "$HOME/cvs/ecos/host/configure
--prefix=$HOME/ecos-tools" to build  host infrastructure, I got errors
as "unable to locate Tcl header file tcl.h" and "failed for  libcdl".

Does this mean I need to update some library file or something ?
