configtool crashes

Hey All
configtool crashes and the console shows the following error messages
when the configtool crashes.
Gdk-ERROR **: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
  serial 57137 error_code 8 request_code 59 minor_code 0
Gdk-ERROR **: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
  serial 57138 error_code 8 request_code 59 minor_code 0
configtool is running fine until i click a greyed out option AND it
crashes when I click some normal checked configuration options.
I built my tools pretty lately

any help people?
