Wow, fast answer, I am impressed (first time on the discuss, but read
every old message)
no, I just use it to download the application. There is even no ethernet
packet included in the ecos itself, just in redboot
( I tried to include it, but it didn't help, so I took it out again).

I've got some problems with the speed of the Terminal using Redboot and
Ecos.
My configuration ist very straight : Redboot with ethernet (witch is my
Terminal connection) and Ecos.
Everything is fine and fast when i just run redboot (for example typing
help : it is very fast). But when
I run the application, the terminal speed is very slow, compared with
the speed I get over serial.
Why is it slowing down? What can I do to have the speed I should have?
There is no difference between diag_printf and printf....
Are you using the network interface in the applications well? Does the
application have a different IP address than redboot? It should have.
