RE: Interrupt support for eCos on OMAP 5910 (Innovator)

Doyle,

I found 2-3 links for Innovator patch list released in April 2003.
These patches gives interrupt support that I want.

I found following 2 places:

1st Place:
Hi folks, I'm back!
Attached (hopefully) are a set of miscellaneous patches for the innovator.
These add interrupt support, fix some cache issues, and clean up (just a
little -- don't get your hopes up too much) the code a little bit.

Note that I have added a new file:

packages/hal/arm/arm9/innovator/current/include/omap1510.h

As always, questions, comments, and snide remarks are welcome.

(Note that, since this my first posting from the new account, I am still
ironing out how to do this -- let me know if you have any problems reading
this, or the attached patch file).

Replacement patch for hal_platform_ints.h

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm not sure what the best way to handle this is, since my previous
Innovator patches have not been commited yet, (I'm not complaining, just
stating). Anyway, I realized this morning that I defined the interrupt
vectors based on the 1509 part rather than the 1510 part. This wouldn't be
a problem, except, of course, some of the vectors have changed.

This patch replaces the ChangeLog and hal_platform_ints.h files from my
previous innovator patches post. If there is some way that I could make
this easier to review/apply, please let me know.

I am not able to understand that how to use these patches (txt files) as I don't
have access to web cvs repository. Can you help me on this?

I posted a patch sometime in April of 2003 that completed the port to the
innovator. It was (rightfully) rejected because I inappriately included
code from the GPL'd Linux source base. For a short term solution, you
should be able to track down that patch, apply it, and be up and running.

For a longer term solution, there has been more and more interest in the
Innovator port over the last couple of months, so I should dig the patch out
clean it up and get it approved. Of course, that only takes time :-).
