This file is not suitable for configuring a particular RedBoot. In
fact, I'm not even sure why it's in the repository. (I think Jesper
did it as a short cut).
In general, to configure RedBoot for a particular environment, I do:
% ecosconfig new <target> redboot
% ecosconfig import <startup_type>.ecm
// Then, if I want/need FLASH support
% ecosconfig add flash
// Similarly, if I want/need networking
% ecosconfig add eth_drivers
% ecosconfig tree
