I ran the "hello world" program, but not by loading it with RedBoot. I
simply used a JTAG debugger to load the program and run it, so there may
still be some things that aren't working correctly.

Thanks for your kind guide. Did finally make the "hello world" working on
you snds and any more details on the tweaks?
I am still learning the eCos. I will need more advice and share my
experiences here.
