Thread behaviour examination/visualization.

I would like to examine the behaviour of various threads running on a target system over a period of time. The following are desirable:

*) Thread creation/deletion.
*) State changes in thread (Running/Ready/WaitingForEvent etc) at a resolution of milliseconds.
*) ISRs' and DSRs' cpu usage.
*) Logging of the behaviour should start and stop on a specific trigger.

Are there any mechanism to do this? Any suggestions on how to go about doing this?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
