I have a new book out called Embedded Software Development with eCos. You
can find it from all the normal sales channels (Amazon, Barnes&Noble, etc.).
Although I do not cover the ARM platform specifically, there is information
in the book that details setting up a complete eCos development environment
to get you to the point of developing your own applications. The book also
contains details on building the GNU development tools, similar to the ones
found on the eCos web site.
