No. First ISR-s would be run one after another and then the DSR-s, I
guess.
But if the same thing happens in Win2k (I.E. a level interrupt keeps
retriggering) the Win simply freezes, not even a blue screen. The eCos
seems to survive partially, only the DSR-s get stacked up.
