We have ported eCos to the 8260, specifically to the VADS board and to a
custom board. The VADS board port might be a little stale at this point --
we haven't run it in ages. But there is no reason to think that it won't
still work. If you have an FTP server, I could pack up the whole thing and
give it to you. I haven't made an official .epk package file of the port
yet (it's on my list of things to do) and I can't offer a whole lot of
support, but you are welcome to our port.

Subject: [ECOS] Does eCos have a 8260 template and drivers ???
Hi everyone,
I am still trying to bring up a 8260 custom board. From what I see in the
template list, there is no 8260 boards that eCos has been ported to. Which
means
I have to develop all my drivers. Has anyone developed serial or Ethernet
drivers for SMCs and SCCs for the 8260 ? Has anyone created a template for
that
processor ?
Thanks for the help.
Pascal
