eCos configtool 1.3.1. crash

I have installed eCos configtool 1.3.1.
I am trying to generate, my .ldi memory
configuration file.
When, I try to save my configuration the
config tool is crashing with a message
CONFIGTOOL caused an invalid page fault in
module TCL82.DLL at 016f:1002e8d5.
